Refund policy

Sales & Returns (Physical Products Only)

All sales of restored sets and mystery packs are final. Due to the unique, used nature of our inventory and the labor-intensive restoration process, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or "duplicates" received in mystery packs.

The "Wrong Set" Exception

In the unlikely event that Syd ships the incorrect set (e.g., you ordered a Star Fighter and received a Fire Truck), we will initiate an exchange.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The set must be returned in the disassembled state in which it was received.
  • Syd will cover the return shipping costs for verified shipping errors.

No Returns / No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Digital Downloads are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for Digital Downloads once the purchase is completed, except where required by law.
